Yes, you are eligible for the ISTQB Foundation Level exam from ASTQB. There is no prerequisite or experience required for ISTQB Foundation Level. However, to take any other ISTQB exam, you must first have taken and passed the ISTQB Foundation Level exam. Some other ISTQB also have additional requirements.
