Great companies like these are why it's so important that you appear on the Official U.S. List of Certified Testers™. U.S. employers check that list because it shows you have passed the American-English version of the ISTQB exam. You can only appear on that list if you take your ISTQB exam through ASTQB and our official ISTQB exam provider AT*SQA.
Thanks again to all of the testers who shared how they have been adapting during the pandemic. This week we are sharing two more stories:
Allen from the United States tells us how everyone can learn something during a crisis. Allen continues to learn and is currently preparing for his ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification through ASTQB & AT*SQA.
Ifeoluwa from Nigeria lost her job due to the pandemic and it helped her understand how certification can help her find a job. She summarized the situation: "During an interview for a tester role, I was asked if I am ISTQB certified and I replied 'No'. I would very much have preferred my reply to be 'Yes'. My next objective is to become ISTQB certified." We are happy to report that she is currently preparing for her ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level exam through ASTQB & AT*SQA.
