ISTQB Discounts for College Students and Professors


ASTQB and AT*SQA are non-profit organizations. That's why we offer extra career benefits like AT*Work™ for testers who need jobs, and AT*College™ to support college professors and students who want to build their software testing credentials. We invest your exam fees in helping you build a better career!

If your college or university offers a course that prepares its students for the ISTQB certification exams, its students and professors may be eligible for significant discounts. In addition, the college could get free publicity.

  • ASTQB offers a 25-50% discount on ISTQB exam fees to accredited colleges and universities offering courses that prepare students for an ISTQB exam. Courses may focus on the ISTQB Foundation Level or other ISTQB specialist or advanced level certifications. Requests must originate from a professor with proof of employment.   • Colleges and universities can also get free publicity through the new AT*College™ directory of colleges and universities that include ISTQB as part of their curriculum and offer ISTQB exams. To be listed, contact the AT*SQA support team.

4 Reasons Students Should Consider Becoming a Software Tester


Summer is upon us, and some of us have a little more break time right now. Maybe you have recently graduated and you are thinking about what's next or you may be looking at what other opportunities are out there for a career.
