New! Second Camera During ISTQB Exams
ISTQB has introduced a new requirement beginning no later than June 1st: All ISTQB exam takers must use their mobile device as a second camera during remotely proctored (online) exams. This does not affect exams taken in testing centers, but it does affect all exam providers worldwide.
On May 29th, our two-camera systems went live, and the response from exam takers has been excellent. With the pre-exam System Readiness Check, exam takers can simulate the exam experience before their exam day. This, along with the exam instructions page, makes it easy to prepare for your exam. Here are some of the updates in ISTQB Test Management Advanced Level v3:
In this new version, the syllabus structure is more concise and updated for current industry needs. It supports projects using Agile approaches and/or sequential methods.
To better reflect the current practices in software development, it has been renamed from Test Manager to Test Management.
Finally, the new exam is 120 minutes instead of 180 minutes (an additional 25% time is available for non-native speakers as usual).
